Refund policy

TIMING

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return or exchange one pair of opened Ventra™. If you've ordered multiple pairs of Ventra™ on your first order, we suggest wearing one pair to make sure your size is right before opening the other pairs you've ordered. All returns will be processed 48 hours after product has been received and inspected.

CONDITIONS

To ensure hygiene and fairness for all customers, our Best Pair Guarantee applies to your first pair only. Additional opened pairs are not eligible for return. Any item returned must be in its original condition, unaltered and without excessive wear beyond normal try on. Our 30-day Best Pair Guarantee does not cover damage or wear caused by misuse, negligence, or third-party handling after delivery.

HOW

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase from underxlabs.com, please follow the steps below.

  1. Contact Us to receive your unique return authorization number, which must be noted on the return form included in the original shipment.
  2. Carefully place the item back into its original packaging to avoid damage during transit. Send the package to our designated return address using a courier of your choice. We recommend keeping your tracking information for reference.

Once received, your return will be reviewed. Approved returns or exchanges are typically processed within 7 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If an item does not meet return eligibility, our team will contact you with next steps.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
