We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return or exchange one pair of opened Aeroskyn. If you've ordered multiple pairs of Aeroskyn on your first order, we suggest wearing one pair to make sure your size is right before opening the other pairs you've ordered.All returns will be processed 48 hours after product has been received and inspected.

CONDITIONS

Due to the nature of the product we cannot accept any returns of any subsequent opened packages after the first pair. We are unable to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

HOW
Should you wish to return or exchange your AntiRue.com purchase, you may complete the return or exchange using the steps below.

1. Contact Us to receive your unique return authorization number, which must be noted on the return form included in the original shipment.
2. Prior to placing your creation in the box, ensure that any clasps or parts are secured and the piece will not have any friction during transit.
   
3. Send the package to our designated address via any Courier company. We recommend keeping the tracking information for your visibility so that you may track the path within our quality control process; taking a photo of the label is a convenient way to record this information.

Once received, your creation will enter our quality control inspection process. If the creation is determined to be acceptable for return, it may take approximately seven business days for your refund or exchange to be fully processed. (Please note that this timeframe may be longer around holidays or other popular gifting seasons.) If the creation is unable to pass the quality control inspection, we will be in touch with the next steps to return the creation back to you.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception andcontact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
