We confidently stand behind every pair of UnderXLabs underwear, knowing each one is worth every penny. 

If you're used to your underwear tearing, pilling, or degrading after only a short time, then it's time to make the switch to UnderXLabs. We promise that if you encounter any issues within one year of purchase, we will offer a full refund, including shipping costs.

If you experience any of the following issues within 365 days of purchase, don’t hesitate to reach out via email. If you encounter any quality issues after purchasing, simply email our support team at support@underxlabs.com. Our team will respond promptly to resolve the matter.

If you are a new customer and have purchased an UnderXLabs garment, you can enjoy our 30-day return or exchange guarantee if you are not satisfied. If you wish to return or exchange an item, simply email support@underxlabs.com within 30 days of purchase. Our team will reply to you and solve the problem within two working days.

This guarantee applies to a single item only. If you've ordered multiple pairs of AeroSkyn™ underwear, we recommend trying on one pair first to confirm the size before opening the others. All returns will be processed within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting the item.
